neoConneX® Voice Dispatch

The neoConneX Dispatch Gateway allows dispatch workers to have a more structured method of communicating with talk groups by integrating voice into neoConneX with text and GPS capabilities. Using the neoConneX client software, dispatch can communicate with different talk groups with the click of a button using a headset or desktop microphone. This will eliminate the need for having dispatchers use multiple radios for individual talk groups.

neoConneX® Indoor Positioning System

Indoor Positioning System integrated with neoConneX

The indoor positioning system is essentially a way to track any Bluetooth device when it is indoors. Bluetooth devices can include MOTOTRBO radios that are equipped with Bluetooth dongles or any Bluetooth capable device. Each device is given their own identity and can be monitored when moving from one zone to the next. Each beacon can be programmed to specify the radius of each zone which can be anywhere from 5 to 100 metres. Multiple beacons can be used to narrow down each zone to better specify where staff members are located.
